The benefits of artificial moulded baits include durability against crayfish and permanent bouyancy, but these materials have a limit on how buoyant you can make them. Jack Reid shares a simple little way (pinched from Kev Hewitt!) to get round the problem, so you can make up a tub of special little hookbaits that can handle component heavy rigs like Chods, Hinges and big hook Ronnie Rigs !
