Small waters are without doubt, the toughest of venues to fish, even more so in the winter. They can be moody with very tricky carp, needing a specific kind of approach. Join me on a short trip to a tiny farm pond in West Yorkshire called Tyersal Hall Fishery. It's the middle of winter, with temperatures below zero, but with the right approach it's still possible to catch carp. I walk you around the lake, talking about the main features and the tactics I use, resulting in a couple of nice carp for the camera.
